A pre-authorisation of EUR 300 on the credit card used for booking is requested to cover any possible damages.
If Colmarappart does not receive the authorisation, guests will be requested to advance the EUR 300 security deposit via PayPal or a bank transfer.
It will be returned by card or bank transfer, minus any additional charges, consumption or damages, within a period not exceeding two weeks after your departure.
An end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Guests are requested to clean and put away the dishes and empty the refrigerator/freezer, as well as the dishwasher, oven and microwave. If not, this will incur a EUR 60 fee taken from the damage deposit.
Alternatively, guests can also choose to pay EUR 30 before their arrival for a complete cleaning including the kitchen.
Guests are asked to inform the property in advance of their bedding preference using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 44 rue des grandes arcades, 67000 STRASBOURG. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Strasbourg Appart Rue des Grandes Arcades in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

本周三（4）日就是一年一度的中秋節，但因今年中秋節僅放一天，並不像以往都有連假，交通部高速公路局（高公局）預估出遊多以短程旅遊為主，將取消原本的 20 公里優惠，改採單一費率收費，抑制短途旅次，並請短程用路人盡量使用地區道路。
高公局指出，今年中秋節因只有一天，交通量可能介於平日與例假日之間，都會區周邊景點將出現一日遊車潮，而高速公路鄰近景點的路段也可能會出現壅塞，因此，屆時將比照例假日以機動開放路肩及匝道儀控措施進行交通疏導。
高公局也提醒，中秋節當日部分路段可能出現壅塞，用路人若是開車出門，則須事先做好車況檢查、掌握各項交通疏導措施，配合地圖規畫行程，出門前也可先下載「高速公路 1968 」APP，或上高公局即時路況資訊網站查詢，行駛途中也可透過廣播、路上電子資訊看板等管道掌握即時路況，彈性調整行車路線避開壅塞路段。
另，中秋節過後緊接著將迎來國慶 4 天連假，高公局也已規畫多項疏導措施，用路人可至高公局全球資訊網疏運專區查詢，提早做好行程規畫。也呼籲用路人應遵循國道分流原則：南北長途走國 3、短途不要上國道、替代道路不用等、請搭乘公共運輸，以利整體行車順暢。
